Please note that you will need to provide the identity of each of the persons who will be attending the congress, pursuant to this deposit. You need to do that as soon as you have this information available, but no later than August 31, 2025. Each member receiving a deposit must log into the Registration platform (Link here) and register and provide information everywhere it is requested. Failure to register within seven days of receiving a deposit entails and additional administration fee of $100.
Please also note that the date of the FINAL payment, (NOT the date you made the deposit) determines the applicable price to attend the congress. This also applies to any guest brought over by a member.
- As Early Birds, all persons to whom money is transferred must pay an additional down payment of $750 before September 30, 2025. At this point members will be able to choose their specific staterooms.
- The remaining balance must be paid by January 31, 2026.
